1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the mil04d website accessible at https://mil04d.cam, including all sub-pages, features, tools, and associated services operated by mil04d.
• "Company", "mil04d", "We", "Us", "Our" means mil04d and its operating entities, subsidiaries, and affiliates that administer the Platform.
• "Player", "You", "Your" means any natural person who registers a Player Account and/or uses the Platform.
• "Account" or "Player Account" means the individual account opened in your name upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all Platform balances and transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated for all Player Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by mil04d to a Player, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and loyalty tier rewards.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total real-money or bonus-funded wager amount a Player must complete before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed using real-money or Bonus funds on any game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone used for all Platform operating hours, deposit cut-off times, and customer support schedules unless otherwise stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the mil04d Privacy Policy and any specific game, promotion, or product rules published on the Platform, form the complete and binding agreement between you and mil04d. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms supersede and replace any previous version of the Terms & Conditions that may have appeared on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless a specific promotional or game rule explicitly states otherwise.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register a Player Account and use the mil04d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes.
3. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of mil04d or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member residing in the same household as such a person.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your country or region before registering. mil04d does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or ban — whether requested voluntarily via mil04d's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any regulatory or judicial authority — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
6. You have not previously had a Player Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated by mil04d for breach of these Terms.

mil04d reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse, suspend, or close any Account where eligibility criteria are not met. Any balance held in an ineligible Account at the time of closure may be subject to review and, where applicable, forfeiture.

4 Account Registration

You may register a Player Account by completing the registration form on the Platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a secure password. You agree to keep this information current and to notify mil04d promptly of any changes.

One Account Policy: Each person may hold only one Player Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, linked, or otherwise associated multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where mil04d identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to merge all accounts, void all bonus balances, and retain any suspicious winnings pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time security codes. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact the mil04d support team immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal can be processed from your Account, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP)
• Valid Indonesian or international passport
• Driving licence (Indonesian SIM), where required as supporting documentation

mil04d may additionally request proof of address or proof of payment method ownership at its discretion. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed to mil04d's satisfaction will be restricted from making withdrawals. mil04d reserves the right to close any Account where identity verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the mil04d Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mil04d supports the following payment methods for Indonesian players:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Player Account upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing system. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. mil04d does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which mil04d bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (WIB, 24/7 for standard requests). Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless operational constraints require an alternative method approved by our support team. mil04d aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt; actual settlement times may vary depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are posted on the Platform and may be updated periodically. mil04d reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

Refused or Delayed Withdrawals: mil04d reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) the Account has not completed KYC; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative account balance after pending wagers are settled; or (d) a chargeback investigation is pending on the Account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mil04d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in IDR and form part of your bonus balance, which is kept separate from your real-money (cash) balance.
• A standard wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount applies to all general bonuses unless a specific promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering must be completed on eligible games within the validity period specified for the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20% of each stake). The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the completion of wagering requirements.
• mil04d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, multiple accounts claiming the same bonus, or collusion between Players.
• Bonuses may be offered in connection with Indonesian cultural and sporting events — including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri (Lebaran), Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Imlek, and major BRI Liga 1 fixtures — and will carry their own specific validity windows.

Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings: Once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full within the validity period, winnings derived from bonus funds become part of your withdrawable cash balance, subject to any maximum withdrawal cap stated in the specific promotion's terms.

7 Responsible Gaming

mil04d is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. Gambling is intended exclusively as a form of adult entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income. mil04d provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a defined period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts at configurable intervals displaying your session duration and net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (7 days to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mil04d Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Player Account, or using another person's Account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing discrepancies in a way that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable Platform error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, correlated betting, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with wagers placed on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by law, and knowingly misrepresenting your location to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the mil04d support team or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or database of the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the mil04d Platform — including but not limited to the mil04d name, logo, brand marks, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of mil04d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mil04d.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mil04d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

mil04d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Player Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mil04d makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. mil04d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in Platform performance resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or the failure of third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy

mil04d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering.

12 Amendments

mil04d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mil04d is incorporated and licenced to operate its online gaming services. The Company operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and adheres to globally accepted standards for fair play and player protection.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mil04d's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body designated by mil04d's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local legal restrictions under Indonesian law.
